Does anyone play on the retail US WoW servers? If so, I'm Horde on Wildhammer and Alliance on Archimonde. On wildhammer my screen name is Kherr. On Archimonde, I've forgotten. I'll post here when I manage to log on again. :D

i cannot download roms from pc abandonware m-r the others are working the problem is only on m-r

Bad dumps are... bad, right? So why do you have 4 bad dumps of the same game when you also have a verified good dump? Isn't that just taking up space and money (not to mention confusing people)?

I was just wondering. I'm sure there's a good reason I'm ignorant to.

What if you could buy a portable emulator?

I can't believe this wasn't in this section already! DOOM... god... where to begin...

Doom was released initially as a shareware version for free on December 10th, 1993 from a university's ftp server for download. I don't remember when it was released as a full version for purchase, but I do remember that it came as a mail-order thing only (when it was released as a full version) and it came on 10 floppy disks. :D TEN! :D

Fast Time for Training course in Modern Warfare...

I managed to get a time of like 13.9 seconds in the training course in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. That put me at the top of a 100 person friendlist leaderboard... :p I'm not the best, but I'm fast. :D

Rom Collections Available to Buy on Harddisk or DVD

As a result of the ban on multiple downloads from the site it will now be significantly more difficult to grab all the roms in one go. There are however still a lot of users that ask me to provide all the roms in a section or indeed all the roms from the site. These users have been happy in the past to pay for this and this in turn helps greatly to paying for the upkeep of the site.

Going forward I am suggesting that members could be able to purchase the entire rom database from...

Could somebody help me please. When i try to download some roms i keep getting the following message:

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The above link is the bad file. It's a bad hack of the Super Mario Brothers NES game. For being the most popular NES game, it's the hardest to find, I think.

I've downloaded the NESten emulator and a couple NES roms but the games wont play. When I go into the NESten emulator the only thing that pops up is the read me file. What do I do?!?!?!?

Working great, stored in box safe for a couple of years, now no signal comgin thru to TV, TV works, my guess is power pack as it does not warm up (it's not fuse). ANy ideas? as it has no LEDs no obvious way to test if the machine is receiving power??
